XTU Hospital

The school hospital is a comprehensive hospital integrating medical services, prevention and health care, and health education. Right now, there are 26 professionals who have senior title of technical post. Equipped with more than 85 beds, the hospital has many section offices, such as Department of Internal Medicine, Department of Chirurgery, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Pediatrics, Department of Orthopedic and Traumatology, Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, epidemic prevention and health care, Department of Acupuncture and Massage, Department of Physiotherapy, radiation, B Ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and clinical laboratory.

Main duties of Hospital of XTU:

To provide the services of disease prevention, health care and monitoring of the health status of the population from the university;

To promote health education to improve teachers and students' ability of self care;

To conduct basic medical treatment for teachers and students with common and frequently-occurring illness, medical rescue for critically ill patients in communities around and comprehensive prevention and treatment for people exposed to or suffered from infectious, chronic and aged diseases;

To carry out medical supervision over public health and offering technical guidance and consultation in the campus.
