The XTU 2nd International Young Scholars Forum on Computational Mathematics was held between December 28 and 31, 2018. Over 60 young scholars from 27 well-known universities and institutions at home and abroad were invited to attend, including the University of Pittsburgh and the University of South Carolina, USA; the University of Kent, UK; the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil; the Hong Kong Polytechnic University; the University of Macau; the National Natural Science Foundation of China; the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; the Peking University; the Tsinghua University; the Shanghai Jiao Tong University; and, the South China Normal University.
