XTU Adds 7 First-level Disciplines Authorized to Confer Doctoral Degree

In recent days, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee issued the Notice of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee on the List of Added Disciplines Authorized to Confer Doctoral and Master’s Degrees in 2017. According to the list, seven and two XTU’s first-level disciplines authorized to confer doctoral and master’s degree were approved respectively. The seven disciplines are Marxism theory, Chinese language and literature, physics, chemistry, mechanics, environmental science and engineering, and library information and archives management, while the other two are mechanics and civil engineering.
