XTU Innovation Team Awarded Innovation Team Prize of the 6th Returned Overseas Chinese Contribution Award

The team from XTU got a series of innovative achievements in three peculiar research directions, including high-performance new semiconductor detector, anti-radiation ferroelectric thin films and components for aerospace and high temperature protective coating engineering application for aero-engine. It was the first time for XTU to win the prize because of leading role and great social service effect from the innovation team of Aerospace Key New Materials & Device Production.
