Professor Xia Xinhua Won the 2nd Prize in the Excellent Achievement Prize of China’s Research on Leg

In order to promote China’s research on legal culture and the building of a socialist country under the rule of law, the Intercollegiate Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the Law Education Research Society under China Law Committee, Chinese Law History Society, the Foreign Legal System History Research Committee and Zeng Xianyi Foundation of Law Education and Legal Culture cosponsored the first Excellent Achievement Prize of China’s Research on Legal Culture. Through expert review, there were three first prizes, seven second prizes and nine third prizes. Professor Xia Xinhua from the School of Law of XTU won the second price in the first Excellent Achievement Prize of China’s Research on Legal Culture with his book called Rule by Law: Practice and Surpass (Learning from Foreign Legal Culture Research).
