Three Teachers Won Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation

According to the news from Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation, China, three teachers of Xiangtan University got the support of the 10th Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation for Young Teachers in Higher Education Institutions of China for their scientific projects. They are He Zhen from School of Management with the fund of $15,600 for his Study on Share-Mode of E-Administrative Information Resources, Long Shiguo from School of Material and Phoelectronic Physics with the fund of $20,000 for his Generation Mechanism and Control of Nickel Coating’s Deformation Texture, and Yu Zuguo from school of Mathematics and Computational Science with the fund of $17,000 for his Appliance of Fractal and Wave in the Research on Protein.

It is the first time that the scientific projects of Xiangtan University earned the foundation, after Zhen Jinghua and Liao Yong respectively received the third prizes in the 8th and 9th Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation of Higher-Education Teaching. All these programs fully prove the strength of our teachers’ scientific research, and will largely enhance our scientific research and teaching.
