Doctor Zhao Rongguo Won the Youth Prize of China Rheology

On August 28, Doctor Zhao Rongguo from School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics in our university, won the Youth Prize of China Rheology 3rd session, while on the 2005 Conference of Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CCTAM 2005), which is set up by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CTAM) and the Rheology Commission of Chinese Chemical Society (CCS). It is evaluated every three years, and awarded on national rheology conferences. This year 5 young scholars won the prize with distinguished achievements in various branches of rheology. Before this, Professor Luo Wenbo and Associate Professor Zhang Weimin of our university also won the same prize of the 1st and 2nd sessions respectively.
