Our University Got Approval to Build E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project from Minist

Recently, inspiring news came from Ministry of Education that our university was approved to Build E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project.
E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project is a key measure taken by national Ministry of Education to promote e-office, the application of document information exchange system and the development and utilization of education government affairs information, and ultimately, to build a nationally covered e-education affairs administration network. This experimental project, being a basic project to realize the modernization of education, is of great significance to promote governing according to law and keeps the government affairs open for those education administrative departments and universities. The General Affairs Office of Ministry of Education is in charge of the whole planning and coordination of this experimental project, and the Education Administration Information Center is responsible for concrete implementation and technical support. After a reliable feasibility demonstration, our university applied and submitted a plan for E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project construction and related application materials. The Expert Committee of Ministry of Education strictly checked our materials and acknowledged our accomplishment and construction planning in governing education affairs based on information, and it also approved our university to build the first batch of E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project.
It’s noted that ten universities were approved in the first batch of the experimental project with validity of a year. During the construction period, Ministry of Education will provide the ten universities with favorable policies on construction project application and promotion of information project construction result. Ministry of Education will organize experts to evaluate in one year. After the evaluation, qualified universities will be conferred “Demonstration Unit on Ministry of Education’s E-education Government Affairs Experimental Project”.
