On December 16, Xiangtan University and Samara State Technical University of Russia held an online signing ceremony. Liu Jingang, Vice President of Xiangtan University, and Anna Zotova, Vice Rector of Samara State Technical University, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the two universities respectively, officially establishing a friendly cooperative partnership.
